In this artwork I use bold use of color, strong brushes strokes and marks to evoke the dance culture of early Louisiana life. It is a nod to the Zydeco and other dance movements of the time. It exemplifies the vibrant and earthy culture of the Cajun people. This was made with quality paints and is on stretched canvas. This piece is back from exhibition at the Lafayette Regional Airport.
