This piece revolves around the life of a single memory. The marks that appear to be fading are older parts of the memory thread. The brighter marks are new parts of the memory thread. The nebula like forms are part of the energy and components of the memory itself. Not unlike a child in the womb of it's mother. The thread uses this nebulitic material in order to continue existing. In Alzheimer patients, this concept is felt most when they begin to recollect incorrect sequences belonging to a memory thread. Often exposed in moments of intense confusion and disorientation. This piece is made with quality paints and is on stretched canvas. The piece was made with acrylic, oil pastels, and graphite.
